We do know based on inquiries by various people on this forum that:
1) NSC is processing about 250-400 cases a day
2) Immigration officer has to review cases before approval
3) It takes 1 hour to process cases on an average
Based on the above information there are 31-50 immigration officers at NSC working on 485 cases. No wonder it is taking so long to process these cases. USCIS is deliberately understaffed to screw applicants financially.
