Thank GOD! Finally I got the email saying i485(both me and wife) was approved on 6/19/2007

This was a AC21 case. too..

The Message changed 2 times in one week

6/19/2007 Notice sent to welcome permanent resident
6/20/2007 Card Production Ordered

After long waiting … PD-09/2001

Looks like it is moving, I see lots of approvals these days… HURRAY!!!!
I wish all others also the same.. Good luck...

Changed 2 employer after the sponsor employer.
08/2005 - joined new company

Filed AC21 only once for my previous employer and not current(though my attorney asked me to do so)
Good thing is NO RFE (Thank GOD!!!)

Name check cleared/FP cleared...

I too had received the Approval email on 06/19/07. By the way, How many status emails did you get with your approval. I received only 2 emails thus far one being the "Approal notice sent" and the other being the "Card production ordered"

Some of my friends received 4 emails and they are

"Notice mailed welcoming permanent resident"
"Card production ordered"
"Approval notice mailed"
"Card mailed"

I did not receive the last 2 emails thus far. Can some one please share their experiences please.

3rd Email from CRIS

Till yesterday the status was
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On June 20, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. )

Just now I got another email with new status

On June 23, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

May be I will get another email saying your 'card mailed' :confused:
 
Tell us when you get Card Mailed notification..

For my wife she got the e-mail last week and so she got the physical green on saturday.. But, for me, I did not get the notification of Card Mailed e-mail and so I am thinking I will not get the physical card, but I may be wrong. I will check my mailbox today evening..

Both of us got the other 2 e-mails within hours on same day..

I am waiting for that email... I got only 3 emails..
1. Welcome notice send - 20th june
2) Prd. card ordered - 20th june
3) Approval notice sent - 23rd june

Could you please share with us when (day) your wife got email and when (day) the physical card got. ie.. days it took?
Also did she get any other notification from INS (thro' USPS mail)?
