Tel# to check FP clearance

I was wondering if anyone has the tel# to check regarding FP status. The status for my wife has always been as follows:

On February 22, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.


Was not sure what it means...
 
Here is a FBI phone (304)625-5590, but FBI only tells you that result was sent to USCIS on what date. I think, you still need to find out through USCIS. The message regarding to your wife's case is really different from mine and maybe most people's. Mine message says as following:

On xxxxxx, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
