teacher overstaying in US for 2 years !

My story is about an eminent math high school teacher who is overstaying in US for about 2 years. He has 7 years experience in education field ,excellent references and outstanding performances .

In this case there is any chance for him to obtain an employment base green card ? Do you know similar stories with happy end ?
