Hello ALL,

What is the process for getting the IRS tax transcripts? Any contact numbers at the IRS will be appreciated.

Collect last 3 years' Tax transcripts from IRS by calling 800-829-1040 (free service) and W2 for 3 years.
 
Thanks for the number. How long does it take for the IRS to actually mail the transcripts to you ? Is the service available via the web also ?
 
I don't think that you can order it through the web. But it's only a 10 min. process to order through phone and a week to get it.
 
Yep, no web service for this.. I got mine within a week... and these transcripts are some ugly looking documents ;)

Don't worry I'll specially request the IRS to send you a beautifully decorated transcripts which is laminated and stuff ... ;) :D :p
