Talked to IIO today morning.

Asked about status of my case RD : 12/7/01

She said they are processing 9/30 cases. Will take another 3 months. can be earlier also.

Hope its earlier.

Do you mean they are processing cases with Receipt Date 9/30..?? or is this the same confusion between RD and ND.

she said processing rd 9/30. she was sure or rd/nd because they said my rd is 12/7 and nd 12/17 which is true.

Yeah

They will recognize your Rd as Rd untill you reach that date, once you cross it, they would start saying your ND as RD and u can do nothing abt it.

This RD & ND is a bull%^%& crap.
