Gurus,
Have a question regarding 140/485 concurrent filing. Situation is like this, I had an EB3 case with 140 approved at TSC (August 2006). Due to retro on MY EB3 last year, I applied for PERM for EB2 which remains current up to date.
On my EB2, I concurrently filed 140/485 (see dates on sig. below) regular process at NSC.
Now both are current as far as visa availability is concerned.
My question is, can put in a request to process my 485 based on the approved 140 at TSC instead of my pending EB2 140 (still in process)?
For the most part, I don't want to shell out $1000 for premium processing and hopeful that my 485 be transferred to TSC...Maybe
Appreciate your opinion and insight.
Thank you in advance
