I have two I-94s. One I received when I came back to the US while I was under H1B (work visa) status. The other one I received when I granted Asylee status.

I will travel to London tomorrow, should I surrender my 1-94 which the H1B stamp on it while I am leaving US? or should I surrender my 1-94 which the granted Asylee stamp?

When I come back to the US, should I go the the visitor lines?

You have to go to the US citizens line. And don't surrender I-94 at all, or make a lots of copies. You never know when you are going to need it.
