Submit to USCIS

Hi again. I was informed by HR that the law firm which the company hired to handle my TN has submitted the TN petition to USCIS. Although I have told my manager that I can present the documents at the port by myself, I have no idea why the law firm chose such a costly way. I am now wondering how long will this process take to get my TN approval letter. Thanks,

I just found in another recent post that if they filled in a premium petition, then the response time will be within 15 business days. However, what if they didn't. I will talk to HR again to find out though.

you can check for processing times for different service centers at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do
VSC and CSC seem to be showing turnaround time of 2 months on the link above

and yes if your application is filed with PP, response time will be 15 days...

If they did not file PP, they wasted both your time and their money. The firm they are dealing with is clueless. Tell them so, and have them prepare the TN letter and you go to the border, and after you get TN, cancel that other petition.
