registering on rupnet increasing with time
From your stats it appears that people are registering after they get approval. It will be very difficult to predict the approval percentage at any point in time.
Hope that the backlog is less once the processing month gets past May 2002.

You are right; many people post data on Rupnet only after they've got approved. And many people never come back to update their data too...
