Started fellowship while still waiting for I-485 approval & NIW I-140 approval

Hi all,
If you have completed 5 years of NIW in a MUA, and your 140 was self-petitioned, then can't you do a fellowship and also maintain an office in a MUA and show that if RFE requested?
