I'm planning to stamp new J-1 in Nogales, Mexico on July 31 2006.
Please!!! If you can, help me find the following info-
1. I’m an Israeli citizen. Do I need Mexican visa or permit? Where do I get it?
2. They claim (found it on visa waiting time site) visa processing after the interview takes 28 days. Is that true? Does that mean I have to stay in Mexico for 28 days before I can cross back into US?
3. What is the best cheap place to stay in Nogales? In your experience how long will I have to stay there?
