I filed an I-130 Application for my wife back in Sept 2002. I was a permanent resident at that time so its still in process.
I now became a US Citizen last week. My question is how do i change the application from a PR sponsorship to a Citizen sponsorship. As Citizens filing
I-130 is taking about 2-3 months and PR I-130 would take another year or so.
Any input would be appreciated.
