spouse of US citizen, waiting for I130 approval, timeline please

Hi

My husband sponsored my I130 in Feb 2001, he was then a permanent resident.
Now he has become citizen.
Will that accelerate my I130 approval at Vermont service centre.
What is the current date of I130 approval? The board says Aug, 2001. But mine is not approved yet.
Anyone in same boat?

Service Center needs to be informed of the change of status

VSC must be notifed that the status of the sponsor has changed from
  PR to USCitizen.
