I am currently in the US on a J-1 (there isnt a 2 year limitation) with my wife who is here on a J-2 w/ an EAD.
Here is my question: If I begin the process to get my GC - Will my wife have to give up her J-2 and EAD? (If so, at what point?) Can she get an EAD once I have my GC?
Any advice is appreciated.
