congrats! you are luckiest, yours is EB3, PD 2002 and case got approved.

My PD became current around Sep 2006 and that's the time they approve my case. My lawyer call USCIS around Oct 2005 and was told that they ran out of visa number so they can not approve my case and once my PD become current they will approve it. I don't think I stuck on NC. I will suggest you to call USCIS to submit an inquiry.
