Spouse H4-H1-H4 (Primary Changed Employer)

Primary and spouse enter USA in 2007 on H1 and H4 from employer A.

Primary changed to employer B in 2008. H1 & H4 both approvals obtained with new employer B.

Spouse applied for H1B with employer C in 2008, was approved in 2009. In a few weeks after approval, spouse travelled to home country.

Can spouse re-enter on H4 with valid H4 stamp from employer A and H4 approaval from employer B?

Primary is maintaining H1B status with employer B.

H4 is not employer based like H1. She can travel with any H4 stamped in her pp as long as the visa is valid along with original H4 transfer/renewal papers.
