Sponsoring Mom - Filing in US vs Filing in India

Is the current processing time faster if I file the I-130 in India for my mom or if I file the I-130/I-485 while she is visiting me in the US (Arlington, VA)? In other words, which option is faster to get a green card for my mom? Any suggestions/experiences will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Canu please post your experience. I am ready to file for my mother in law. she is here and i already a letter for oath. please post what forms to apply for green card
