Hi everyone, I am new for this forum. I came to the States with J1 visa with the program funded by my home country. Then I have been working on a project funded by HHS for 2 years. My IGA J waiver application has been approved by HHS in March, then HHS forwarded the request to DOS, but at April 4th, DOS sent out a request for sponsor views. My question is that, based on your experience, did this request for sponsor views send to my home country agency or US government agency such as HHS? how long is it likely to take to get sponsor views back to the DOS?
