I have a question on Special Registration.
I am a dual citizen and was required to Register as part of call in which I did. I departed through departure control and when I came back I was told Special Registration is not needed for me as I was travelling on a passport which do not need a visa to enter US. I am working here on H1. Qustion I have is :
Do I need to visit INS for 30 day registration ?
Do I need to depart through departure control ?
Do I have to report for one year registration ?
I still hold dual citizenship.
