I am a dv 2011 winner from africa. My number was current in august. I was rejected the first time because i applied too early. I had to reapply . I sent my paper at the beginning of august. I got all my receipt number and I did my biometry on september 1. I am north dakota so my field office is in minneapolis MN. I have an appointment for info pass for september 15. there is only 23 days left and I am worried. Can anybody give some advice? thank you
 
when did you send out the first AOS package?

i have learned from this forum that DV winners can send out AOS packages to Chicago Lock box about 1.5 months before case numbers become "Current", so what happened to your case?
my immigration lawyer also doubts the credibility of this early application, which he has to confirm again.
