My Mom and dad lived and worked in the Us for over 30 years and earned all there credits
My mom is a US Citizen and mt dad is an LAPR
They both are still married and move to Israel ,They have not been in the US for over 18 years
They both are Citizens of Israel
They are receiving Social security benefits from the US and have been for 3 years
I read that if you are a LPR and have not been in the US for over a year you loose your rights as a US LPR
Can they loose there benefits?
They now want to come to the US to visit me
How should my dad the LPR go about it
