I tried to explain my situation in another thread but got confused my self. now i am trying to break down the situation. I hope will seem easy to understand. Please let me know of your suggestions.
I left my Original employer fulfilling AC21 requirements in Aug 2003.
Since then i did not find the " same / simmilar job " (Aug 03 - June 05, ... 22 months) were doing various diff jobs and paid Taxes accordingly.
Finally got a same job with better Salary in June 2005.
Got RFE for Current Employment Letter + last 6 pay stubs - Sept 05
Questions;
How is my out of job period going to effect this ?
Luckily USCIS did not ask for previous tax returns how bad can it be ?
