Hi, i have entered US legally on F1 then i overstyed my visa for about a year. 6 months ago i got married to my 4 year girlfriend she is a citizen. I`m currently waiting for the cis to send me a work permit. Hovewer me and my wife are struggling with credit card payments and we are already behind our rent. My question is
"What would happen if i use my social security and apply for some odd job like a pizza delivery or a dish washer until my EAD is approved?
And if during the interview months from now when the officials ask if i had ever worked illigally what would i say?
I realy appereciate any advice you can give me. Thank you
