Hi Raju, KD,alren all Cp guru's,

I am requesting my lawyer to send Packet 3 to me.

can i send those documents directly to NVC?
if so do i need to write my case number on each application form?
what's the procedutre ?
Friends like Raju, KD, alren told that we no need to send any documents along with Packet 3 only we need to fill the DS230-Part1 and DS-230 Part2 ( no sign)...
If that is the case can i send that directly to NVC.
what is the NVC address to send packet 3?
Is there any thing to review by lawyer in that forms....?

Thanks

You can send back the papers to NVC.

When you get your Packet 3 documents from your attorney, you will get
a BAR-CODED cover sheet, a return envelope, instruction sheet and possibly
one copy DS 230 Part I.

The instruction sheet explains the documents that need to be returned.
In most of the cases it is just the bar-coded sheet and the DS 230 Part I
forms.

Download and print the required number of DS 230 Part I and fill them up
for each of the persons attending the interview. This has to be signed.
For very young childred a parent can sign.

You will find the address in the papers that I cited above. DS 230 Part II
is only taken for the interview and not sent as part of packet 3.

Write your case number prominently at the top right corner of each sheet.

You will find very clear instructions and just follow them..It does not matter
who reviews the information. Just make sure to go over them for accuracy.
