Were you ever in the US before that F1 visa? Did you change to another immigration status or otherwise lose your F1 status before your 26th birthday?

Did you stay on F-1 Visa always or did your immigration status change while in your late 20's ??

My immigration status changed to H1 when I was 25. I got my GC when I was 31. Based on what I read, I believe I should say 'No' to this question.

That is correct !!! You always had a non-immigrant status until 31 years of age.-
