i did my biometrics in july 2016 and i just received a letter with a second appointment for biometrics. is this pretty normal does it happen often. It's been three months since i took my biometrics. Does it mean i have to wait another three months after the second appointment of biometrics to get the interview. I applied in Los Angeles California, i know that the waiting time varies by state.
