RIR Case Denied - Options?

I checked status of my RIR LC online it shows status as DENIED. I contacted my attorney and they told me that they have not received written decision from DOL. I saw DENIED status on 1/9/07. Typically how long it takes to receive the letter?

My 8th year H1B will expire in Oct 2007.

Options?
1) Appeal process
2) File for a new LC under PERM.

Are there any other options?

Please let me know your thoughts.

My suggestion is to get a PERM approval as soon as you can.
That way you can get h1 extensions and there will no issue with your status.
As for the denial see why the case has been denied and if you can appeal against it, sorry, I don't know much about this part.

Last week we came to know that the case was pending NOF, issued twice Aug and Nov. My attrny and employer never got th NOF

Today the status of the case changed to Denied

Gurus.

Has any one of you have faced similar situation.

Please advice as I am bit panicked
