Hi Folks, received good news today, my Sept. 27th 2001 posted RIR was approved, now i-140! It only took 2 months!!!!!!!!!!Good Luck
 
Please post info on PD/ which SESA you applied and when it was

trasnferred to Atlanta.

Today I checked with Sesa and they said that currently they are processing April\'26th case(RIR only). Can you explain how come your September case got approved....Is there any other processing method you applied...pls clearify for us.
 
KY Sesa RIR is Current

I applied from KY SESA on oct 20 through RIR.
They said it was sent to atlanta on oct 22nd.
waiting to hear from atlanta.

My case was sent to Atlanta on oct 22nd
Atlanta recieved on Oct 24th.
Approved on Nov30,2001.
My attorney is on vacation and i did not got the information.

It took less than 2 months. Great.
