Typically what is the time period given by USCIS to respond to RFE issued? Does it depend on RFE or is it fixed?

If I intend to invoke AC21, can I do it with a job offer letter from a company with the intent to start working for that company upon approval of the I485 (the intent being mentioned explicitly in the offer letter)?
 
Its mentioned in RFE.

check my signature plz .... there is nothing like "INVOKING" the AC21 law is there and will protect you whether you "INVOKE" or not. Plz do obtain that letter and only respond when asked by USCIS and at that time attach a cover letter explaining AC21 for your satisfaction.
 
RFE time to respond.

I got 90 days to respond to my 485 RFE that was issued last week. But USCIS genrerally give 60 days time to respond any kind of RFE.

Mine was lesser than 30 days, however the lawyer counts 30 days as mandatory. "safe period" even the 30th day is of value.
