RFE/NOID Answered, No response yet- Is there anyone in simular situation

Hi guys

Responded back to Intend to Deny on my I-485 around 6 weeks back, No response yet, is anyon is the similar situation ?

Sofar four EAD's and four AP's approved.
NOID on I-485, ( Employment verification letter) Answered around 6 weeks back and message says RFE response received and there are three LUD's on 1-485. 09/09, 09/10 and 09/11, after that no response.

Any thoughts ?????????????????
 
Oh yea,

I am in the same boat but mine was an RFE (EVL & TB Skin Test) and I replied to this about 4 weeks ago exactly. Had 4 LUDs, 9/29 (Day they received my RFE), 9/30, 10/1 & 10/2 and after that nothing at all.

I called TSC and talked to IO about 4 times and 3 out of 4 said no visa# available.

So answer is simple for EB3-India visa#s are not available so there wont be any approvals.
