RFE instead of approval

I got LUD on 07/16/2007 and today here is the message


Current Status: We mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence.

On July 16, 2007, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence
and/or information in this case. Please follow the instructions on the
notice to submit the evidence and/or information requested. This case will
be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence or the
opportunity to submit it expires. Once you submit the information and/or
evidence requested, you will be notified by mail when a decision is made,
or if the office needs something further from you. If you move while
this case is pending, call customer service.

I do not know details yet. Actually I am expecting approvals, but i got this.

My bad luck bounced back again.
 
Don't worry LX95, get the details and talk to your lawyer. I am sure it is some minor thing which you can send in couple of days. It is a good sign that they are working on your case and will be approved as soon as you respond to the RFE.

Can I get details by calling TSC about RFE or I have to wait for mail from them.

I think you have to wait till you receive documentation from USCIS. The RFE document will explain you/lawyer in detail. Now, you have to be on top of it. Call everyday to your lawyer and ask him the status, until the RFE is responded. Some attorneys have tendency to wait till last moment.

I got an RFE in labor processing, I know what you are going through but believe me you will laugh when you will get approved.

Given an average lawyer, they will take 1 month to file....but I would say check everyday with them....and warn them they need to file the response in 3 days...If you warn them to file in 3 days..they may do it in 1-2 weeks! Hee Hee!
