Hi Gulus I need all your help here. Can CIS revoke already an approved I-140. My I-485 is passed 0ne year, but because had applied for asslum before my case heard to be granted by the immigration judge. Took my boss with me but my Filed taxes showed that I was paid less than what was filed in my labor certification though CIS denied my I-140 and the Board of appeal sustained my appeal and I-140 approved after that. I need all your help to fight this.

Not to divert attention from the OP's question, but is AC21 still valid if the approved I-140 is revoked ie if someone used AC21 because I140 was approved and were six months past I485 filing, would the I140 revokation cause a denial on the I485 ?
