Presently I am working for a company which has deputed me to work in India. I am been working in India since last November.
When I was in India my Green card got approved, I and wife made a brief visit to US last month (September) to get our passport stamped. We are back in India now.
We are planning to come back to US, some time in September
next year, as that is when our deputation ends.
From what I have been hearing on this board, that it is better to make a visit to US within 180 days of leaving US.
The Doctor here has advised my wife not to travel for the next 6/8 months.
(1) I am planning to come US some time around Feb timeframe. I was wondering if there is a chance that I could also apply for my wife's Resident permit with mine when I come in February.
(2) Is there anyway out, can we show a doctor's certificate and apply for Resident permit in India itself.
