Hi all,
My labor cleared and applied last year for I-140. Yesterday my attorney has sent a mail to me that they have received a call from USCIS officer for my more detailed experience letters. The letters need to include a job description and/or a list of the duties that are performed by me for each company.
1. Currently one of my old company doesn't exist how do i get. Can i take letter from my ex-collegue & notarize. Does it require if my ex-collegue is worked with me for the entire duration
2. 2nd company was merged with 3rd company and can i have to take different letters for each company and can i take letter from HR
Request if any one has Experience letter Formats for above two criterias could you please send i would be really greatful
