Previously it was possible to get a K3 visa for your Spouse by applying at New Delhi US Consulate by waiting in India for 3 months. I hear that the process has now changed and you need to wait for a minimum of 6 months or more. Also some people say that you cannot apply at New Delhi anymore and the only way to process is from your local USCIS location.
Could someone please clarify if its still possible to apply for K3 - Spouse Visa at New Delhi and what is the wait time if possible. I would rather get the visa done in New Delhi rather than waiting in USA for months if not years.
