The guy i am talking about. He applied and got his Canadian PR before he got his american Green card. While you are in pending status for your green card, you can be out of country but you have to prove that you have maintained your resident status in u.s(i.e owning a home). He also has a house in canada. I dont know the details but he is about to become a candian citizen..
