Request DOL for documents

I have a Pre approved Labor from my company. They want to use for me. The attorney who applied the Labor had office in World trade Center. Bcoz of 9/11 all the documents were destroyed. Now can my company or attorney request DOL and request for documents - ETA 750A and ETA 750B. Currently i want to use this Labor and the Attorney wants to see the skill sets that were mentioned in the Labor document.
