My 6 years term on H1B is going to expire in May 2003 and I have applied for a new H1B from a new employer last week (12/10/2002). Assuming that I will get a brand new H1B for 3 years (i.e from Feb 2003 to Jan 2006 - I heard cases like this ) CAN I ENTER IN US BASED ON THIS NEW H1B (which I will take along with me before leaving US upon approval )after 12 months of stay in India or do I need to apply for another H1 after 12 months.
At this moment I have an valid VISA stamped on my passport till June 2004 from my previous employer which was a mistake by INS (legally my H1 expires in May 2003 - 6 years in US)
Please advice as my situation is very critical bcz I don't have GC initiated.
