I do not have GC yet (yeah been 6 years since applied). I am planning to buy a house. But just in case if I have to leave the country permanently (lets see GC application doesn't work) and if I am not able to sell the house, Can I rent this place and manage from overseas ?
There are few things to be considered I guess -- keep bank account here even not being in country, will rental income be considered personal or business income, tax issues etc.
Any comments will be appreciated.
