Renewal of H-1B

Guys,
I hope we all get good news from Floor in this week. I e-mailed twice but somehow fax didn't work out.

I just had do extend my H-1B and I have INS papers but My passport has no Stamp on it, my wife's as well.

Can I go any other country rather than my home country ? I'm sure I can but I mean can enter to US back ?
If not, how can I get a stamp unless going to home country ?

you could perform TCN (Third country Nationality) processing at bordering Mexican, Canadian US consulates after scheduling an appointment with them. Incase of denials you would be asked to go to your home country from that post and have the H1B stamped and can't enter US. If the papers are inorder most likely you would get your visa stamped.
