Any advice would be appreciated in advance!
I've got my first TN visa on Jan 2 this year. I'd worked in the company for 1 month. Many unexpected things happed and I couldn't work there cince the end of January. The reason of changing job is definitely neither from my skills nor any criminal record.
Now I've got many job offers, one of them started on March 15. I checked on the internet that I need to renew my TN Visa, since it is used for one company only. I have two concerns regarding to the renewal:
1. Did I voilate the "10 days out of town" rule? I remembered that a Canadian can stay in states for as long as 6 months without any visa? Which rule overrides the other?
2. Will the immigration office consider that working only one month is a negative factor? Do I need to prepare to answer why is that? when i say prepare I mean I'll take to the manager in the company to explain why.
