Reciept Number not found

I just got my acknowledgement from USCIC yesterday and i tried entering the recipt number to check/register my status online. But it keeps giving me error that the recipt number is not correct.

Does this mean that USCIS does not enter it automatically into the system, do they have to wait for some days to pass before entering it into their system?

It happens some times. it's just error in system. I had my aunt's nubmer says same thing, however she still got her FP Letter and progress is still on.
