Received an RFE for I140 ( Nov 10 2004 ) and got the RFE from lawyer

Folks

Just received an email from USCIS for I140. It is RFE :p . So they are working on Nov cases. See my signature.

RFE for November cases

I'm curious to see what they will update the processing dates to. They should be updating it any time now.

Looks like only RFEs for November. No approvals yet.

Got RFE on my I-140 on Jan 13, 2005.

Please see below for details. I have already got RFE on my I-140 on Jan 13, 2005, and responed back to CSC on Feb 11, 2005. No update after that

I140 RFE issued --- 01/13/2004 (Education Testimony / W2)

Yes ! I am working for the same company, since last 4 Years. Substitue LC is from Jan 2002. I guess they asked W2's from 2002.

statement of Marks

DHS has asked me to send the statement of mark for all my educations mentioned in my Labor. I have taken all these in color copies, amiled it to my lawyer, then my lawyer cerified the copies and forwarded it to the immigration Officer. I have no update after that. Thanks.

Got the RFE

My lawyer received the RFE today and they faxed the RFE.
They need companies tax returns from Nov 22, 2001 ( which is my labor PD).
Any thoughts?
