Re-entry, when its approved ?

Hi All,
i wounder if someone know and tell me that when the re-entry application considered as approved ?
is it that when i get the biometrics appointment letter ? or when the fee is deducted from my bank account ?

It's actually when you receive either the permit, or a letter of denial. Unless you've already spent an excessive time abroad as an LPR, it is very unlikely to be denied.

I did my biometrics on Sep 24th, ( 3 weeks back ), until now i didnt get any update on my case either on USCIS website or getting any mail !
Actulay my updates on USCIS-check ststus is only one status since they confirm that they received the payment!

Is it normal that it takes long time for initiating the re-entry document after the biometric ??

Any advice pls ..

Yes, it can take six months, too. Have you left the country already? Did you ask them to send the permit to the US mission where you're going?

The status may never update. It's a bad system.
