Friends,
I am resigning from my current job and going back to India. Could someone suggest when is the appropriate time to quit, keeping in mind that after the last day of work, my status will become invalid. I have asked for a time off from work without pay, but the company is not being very friendly and saying that it is against their policy (since I do not have any vacation time left)
Any suggestion as to what is my best option in this situation?
