Quick clarification needed for a question on app for I485

Hello All,
I have a quick clarification about a question from section 3.A of the 485 application form. I'm applying on the basis of being married to a US citizen spouse. The application form asks - "Have you ever before applied for a permanent residency before ?" Are they asking if I ever applied for a 485 based approval before ?
The reason I ask is that I'm currently on an H1B and have a current labor certification application also pending. But mind you, no decisions been made on it yet. So I want to make sure I interpret and answer this question correctly.

Write No on that part. If you have other I485 pending then you have to write Yes but not for I140.
