Questions about Green card for Parents - Next Steps

Hi Everyone

I have I-130 for my parents approved and got letter in mail to pay AOS fee and fill out form DS-3032 - Choice of Agent.

I already paid the AOS processing fee and it shows as PAID

I am now very confused on what to do next

All i see online now is 'Document Cover Sheet' which has the address on top left corner of PDF and payment receipt
I have manually located form I-864 and can fill it and send it out
But i am confused as at many places it says electronic filing is possible for certain people if they pay online etc.., but i dont see links

Can someone tell me please what should i do next?

1) Should i fill out I-864 and send it to the address mentioned on Document Cover sheet along with documents or should i wait to receive any kind of communications from them

2) Should i have my parents sign DS-3032 and mail it to the address mentioned?

3) When will link for Visa fee be activated online?

I applied for AOS and I-130 for my parents,( Loclbox chicago) They have EAD and AP now.

Applied on July 27th 2012. I am still waiting to hear on I-130 and I-485.


Can you provide timeline on your case?

My Parents are in India and hence i am applying through Consular Processing
I applied for their I-130 in November and it got approved before 3 weeks.
I just got notice in mail to fill out DS-3032 and affidavit of Support fee. No other instructions from NVC.
Hence i am very confused what to do.
