Gurus,
If person is already married to a US Citizen for more than 3 years before applying for her green card, does she still get a conditional green card?
Please advise.

The conditional green card is only for those married less than two years.So if you file your paperwork and get approved at the interview,they're going to send you a ten years green card.

I had a similar situation. my marriage was 3.5 years old when we filed I-130 and they gave me conditional residence. I filed I-90 to get it corrected and its been two years and still the matter is pending.....

I hope you are not caught up in a mess like this!!
 
Maybe this was an usual mistake of USCIS.According to the law,peoplemarried over than two years are granted PR.But anyway why are you waiting for to remove that conditional green card.?????!!!!
