Question on Filling application

I remember reading about it somewhere but can't find that thread.

Should we put N/A in all empty spaces, that would sound lame.

like for instance Part 1. Que D
would you like to change name - checked NO
Should we still put N/A in part 2 of that question which says "If yes print"

similarly part C, in case of no previous names... put N/A in all 3 columns (last name, first name, middle)

I know I am being over worried here.. but hey this is what makes this forum so great. thanks.

Leave it blank if a particular section does not apply to you.

I left those sections blank and my N400 interview officer just reviewed only those sections that applied to me, where I had entered information. The blank sections did not come up.
